HOW THERAPY CAN HELP
I believe that everybody has within them the resources to lead their lives as fully as possible. We can be more self - determining and self-directing. We do have it within us to make changes that can make our lives more satisfying and fulfilling
This can happen in a therapeutic relationship which is based on genuine understanding and acceptance in which you are helped to take your life forward in a more positive and purposeful way than you may be doing at present

The British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), state that there is no difference between counselling and psychotherapy and that in terms of effectiveness they have equal value.
